油房庄油田地处偏僻的陕西省定边县东部,与具有有线通信网的油田中心直线距离40余公里。如采用有线通信,仅设备、材料一项投资就达68万元之多,而且施工难度大,周期长。采用无线通信组网后,设备材料投资仅11万多元,比采用有线通信节约56万多元。同时,施工、调试、管理方便得多。投产三个多月来,运转良好,通信效果完全符合设计要求,为油田边远区块的通信设计提供了可供借鉴的先例。油房庄油田共设10个站。该通信系统采用两级组网,两个频道,可24h 连续工作。
