丙硫氧嘧啶对大鼠高脂血症的影响

目的探讨丙硫氧嘧啶对大鼠高脂血症形成的影响方法 Wistar雄性大鼠30只,随机分为3组,配方1组(含丙硫氧嘧啶的高脂乳剂)、配方2组(不含丙硫氧嘧啶的高脂乳剂)和配方3组(单纯的丙硫氧嘧啶),每组10只,灌胃给药。于灌胃前及灌胃后10,20,30,40 d眼球后静脉丛取血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平的变化。结果与灌胃前比较,灌服10~40 d后,3种配方组大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均有不同程度地升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);丙硫氧嘧啶可以显著升高大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平,作用强度低于含丙硫氧嘧啶的高脂乳剂,高于不含丙硫氧嘧啶的高脂乳剂。结论单用丙硫氧嘧啶能造成大鼠高脂血症。 Objective To investigate the effect of propylthiouracil on hyperlipidemia in rats.Methods Thirty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into three groups: formula 1 (high-fat emulsion with propylthiouracil) and formula 2 Propylthiouracil-containing high-fat emulsion) and formula 3 (simple propylthiouracil), each group of 10, intragastric administration. Blood samples were taken from the posterior venous plexus before and 20, 20, 30 and 40 days after gavage. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) Lipoprotein (LDL-C) level changes. Results Compared with those before gavage, serum levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in the three formula groups increased to different extents (P <0.05 or P <0.01) ; Propylthiouracil can significantly increase the level of serum TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in rats, the effect intensity is lower than the high-fat emulsion containing propylthiouracil, higher than the high-fat emulsion without propylthiouracil . Conclusion propylthiouracil alone can cause hyperlipidemia in rats.
