最近几年,随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及城市化进程的不断推进,建筑行业取得了长足的进步,房建工程规模不断扩大,数量日益增多,与此同时对于房建工程质量有了更高的要求。在房建工程中,渗漏问题较为常见,一旦出现该问题,就会严重威胁到工程质量,进而对人们的正常生产及生活造成不便,面对这种现象,必须要加大对防渗漏施工技术的研究力度。本文首先对房建施工中出现渗漏的位置及原因进行了分析,在此技术上提出了防渗漏施工技术,以供有关人士参考。
