目的:探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)发病机理中,自由基(OFR)对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:对54例HFRS患者进行血清SOD、MDA、T细胞亚群进行动态观察。结果:显示SOD含量在发热期明显低于正常对照组,MDA含量在发热期明显高于正常对照组,CD4+细胞在发热期明显降低,CD8+细胞在发热期明显升高,其变化在少尿期最重,并且发现MDA和T细胞亚群变化有一定的相关性,即MDA与CD8+细胞百分比是正相关,与CD4+/CD8+负相关。结论:HFRS患者免疫功能紊乱现象与OFR反应有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of free radical (OFR) on T lymphocyte subsets in the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). Methods: The serum levels of SOD, MDA and T lymphocyte subsets in 54 patients with HFRS were observed. Results: The content of SOD in the fever group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group. The content of MDA in the fever group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group. The CD4 + cells in the fever group were significantly decreased, while the CD8 + cells in the fever group were significantly increased. The heaviest, and found a certain correlation between MDA and T cell subsets changes, that is, the percentage of MDA and CD8 + cells is positively correlated with the negative correlation with CD4 + / CD8 +. Conclusion: Immune dysfunction in HFRS patients is related to OFR.
