为了对树鼠进行试验性近视眼研究,特先对树鼠眼球及屈光的正常发育进行观察。试验分6组,每组鼠5只。分别于0、15、30、45、60及75天时麻醉下检查。至75天时所测数字均达正常值。睫状肌麻痹下检影,开始屈光为+25D,15天时迅速降低,逐渐稳定至+5D,眼球轴长近7.8mm。发育期中角膜曲率缓慢增加。前房深度较其它为早,在15~30天时发育完成。晶体厚度在整个发育期中稳步增加。玻璃体腔在15天前迅速增大,然后逐渐变慢,这是由于晶体厚度的增加比眼轴增长更快。总的来说眼球15天后发育趋于静止,此与
In order to study the experimental rat myopia, especially the first observation of the normal development of the mouse eyeball and refraction.
