我国的海洋经济研究,已有20年的历史,许多有识之士对海洋经济的发展规律进行有益的探讨,并取得了相当规模和基础.面对与日俱增的人口爆炸、陆地资源枯竭、环境污染的威胁,站在新时代的高度,为寻求我国社会经济发展新的增长点,需要从哪几个主要方面深化对海洋经济发展战略的研究,加大创新力度?
