地铁1号线区间隧道线型复杂,有不同曲率的园曲线;长短不等、曲线方程各异的缓和曲线;还有联络通道位置、区间起迄等里程控制点。在衬砌环布置设计中,如何减少与设计轴线间的拟合误差是提高工程施工质量的重要保证之一。作者为此编制了计算程序,通过逐环对不同型号管片及必要技术措施等的比选,优选最佳排列组合的衬砌布置,有效地控制了隧道轴线偏差。
