为了有效的评价石油装备制造企业文化建设水平,在现有的企业文化建设评价研究的基础上,从企业文化构成角度构建了石油装备制造企业文化建设评价指标体系,根据模糊偏好关系与IOWA算子相结合的方法来确定指标权重,利用模糊综合评价法构建石油装备制造企业文化建设的综合评价模型,并以若干石油装备制造企业为例,对其企业文化建设水平进行了评价,为评价石油装备制造企业文化建设水平提供有效工具。
