由中国油气勘探开发公司及环太平洋能源与矿产资源理事会联合召开的国际石油地质学术会议,于1984年9月20—24日在北京科学会堂隆重举行。出席会议的有正式代表156人,列席代表108人。国外代表79人,分别来自美、日、英、意、加、澳、荷、法、西德、马来西亚等10个国家;中国代表主要来自石油工业部、地质矿产部、中国科学院及有关高等院校。会议由翟光明及 R.J.Foster 主
The International Conference on Petroleum Geology, jointly held by China Petroleum Exploration and Development Company and the Pacific Rim Energy and Mineral Resources Council, was held on September 20-24, 1984 at the Beijing Science Hall. There were 156 formal representatives present at the meeting and 108 delegates attended the meeting. 79 foreign delegates from 10 countries including the United States, Japan, Britain, Italy, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, France, West Germany and Malaysia. The Chinese delegates are mainly from the Ministry of Petroleum Industry, the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the relevant higher institutes school.
