Carrying out employee mental health education and implementing employee psychological help programs are necessary to promote physical and mental health of employees and to optimize employees’ emotions. They are the need to build a harmonious team, enhance team cohesion and solidarity, and serve as a mental welfare for employees to share the fruits of enterprise development.
