5月31日,中望商业机器有限公司与英特尔、联想集团以及 ORACLE 公司联合宣布:中望电信级 ISP综合业务管理平台3.0(China Weal Universal Management System 简称 CWUMS3.0)在基于 ORACLE 的OPS 及英特尔 IA 架构的联想万全服务器平台上,顺利通过千万级模拟测试。在此次测试中,系统平均处理通量为733TPS(TPS:每秒钟处理信息包的个数),平均登录时延20毫秒,平均计费时延为24毫秒,远远超过业界“计费系统要支持1200万用户规模,必须具备360TPS 的处理能力”的标准。值得一提的是,CWUMS 测试是在基于英特尔 IA 架构的联想万全服务器平台上及 linux 操作系统环境下进行的,此次测试不仅证明中望 CWUMS 是国内目前少数能够支持电信千万级用户的网络业务管理软件之一,同时也证明 IA 架构的国产服务器、Linux 已逐渐走入电信级核心应用。
