茶是中华文明对人类社会生活发展所做的最重要贡献之一。决定茶之品质优劣的,除了茶的天赋性味之外,还有两个重要因素,那就是冲茶之水与盛茶之器,可以说,无好水精器不足以论茶道。而壶中的宜兴紫砂,正是中华茶道最宝贵的载体之一,是久远灿烂的民族工艺美术的杰出代表,诚如古人诗云:“人间珠玉安足取,岂如阳羡溪头一丸土!”
Tea is one of the most important contributions made by Chinese civilization to the development of human social life.
