面对新课程,教师首先要转变角色,准确定位,确认自己新的教学身份。教师应自觉放弃传统意义上的“一言堂、满堂灌”的授课方式,改变自身的角色,积极转变已有的教学思想和行为,教师要成为学生学习活动的组织者、指导者、参与者,自觉成为新课程的积极实施者和推动者。
Facing the new curriculum, teachers must first change their roles, accurately locate and confirm their new teaching status.
