目的了解河南省保健(功能)食品微生物污染情况。方法对2007-2013年受理的保健(功能)食品按GB/T4789或GB4789方法检测菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌、酵母菌和致病菌。结果七年检测保健(功能)食品2 256份,总合格率92.77%,以2013年最高(96.84%),年度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各种原料来源保健(功能)食品中,营养补充剂类合格率最高,动、植物类较低,各种剂型保健(功能)食品中,片剂合格率最高,丸剂最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);四项微生物指标检出率、超标率均以菌落总数最高,酵母菌最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中,植物类、丸剂保健(功能)食品菌落总数和霉菌的检出率、超标率均最高;致病菌未检出。结论河南省连续七年受理的保健(功能)食品合格率有所提高,但仍存在一定的微生物污染,植物类和丸剂保健(功能)食品菌落总数超标和霉菌污染是保健(功能)食品污染的主要原因。
Objective To understand the health (functional) food microbial contamination in Henan Province. Methods The total number of colony, coliforms, molds, yeasts and pathogens were tested according to GB / T4789 or GB4789 for health (functional) foods accepted from 2007 to 2013. The total number of health care (functional) foodstuffs in plants and pills exceeds the standard and the fungal pollution is the pollution of health (functional) food main reason.
