三穗县地处贵州省东部,黔东南苗族侗族自治州东北部,为贵州省东出口之一,素有“黔东要塞”和“千里苗疆门户”之称,是湘黔交通枢纽,地理位置优越,原生态资源丰富,现代农业刚刚起步,但工业基础薄弱、人才匮乏,经济尚处于转型期,本文就该县发展中面临的挑战和机遇,结合本地实际情况,因地制宜,从工业、特色农业、第三产业及人才引进方面作了多视角的探讨,对推动地方经济,实现县域经济跨越发展具有深刻的启示意义。
