本刊讯为提高农业植物检疫领域官方通报评议质量,培养评议专家队伍,4月28—29日,全国农技中心在北京组织举办了植物检疫官方通报技术培训班,来自16个省级植物检疫机构植物检疫人员近30人参加了培训。培训班邀请了国家质检总局标准与技术法规研究中心梁忆冰研究员和孙双艳副研究员、全国水产技术推广总站陈爱萍推广研究员,分别就风险分析技术、SPS和TBT例会动态、国际植检措施标准跟踪情况、官方评议的方法及案例剖
