举世瞩目的中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会是在我国改革开放关键阶段召开的一次十分重要的大会。胡锦涛同志所作的报告描绘了我国改革开放的宏伟蓝图,为今后我国经济社会发展指明了方向,特别是对财政工作也提出了明确、具体的要求,使财政系统广大干部职工备感亲切深受鼓舞。学习宣传贯彻落实十七大精神是当前和今后一个时期的首要政治任务。为推动这一任务的落实,本刊特约请刚刚参加十七大的9位财政厅(局)长代表以热情洋溢的笔触,从科学理财、改善民生、促进和谐等方面,阐述了学习十七大精神的深刻体会。近期还将陆续约请各省、市、自治区和计划单列市财政厅(局)长们谈学习领会和贯彻落实十七大精神,敬请垂注。
