一、反倾销条例颁布 《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》于2001年10月经国务院第46次常务会议审议通过。进口产品以倾销方式进入我国市场,并对已经建立的国内产业造成实质损害或者产生实质损害威胁,或对建立国内产业造成实质阻碍的,依照本条例的规定,采取反倾销措施。对倾销的调查和确定,由外经贸部负责。对损害的调查和确定,由国家经贸委负责,涉及农产品的反倾销国内产业损
First, the anti-dumping regulations promulgated “The People's Republic of China Anti-dumping Regulations” in October 2001 by the 46th executive meeting of the State Council examined and approved. Where an imported product enters the Chinese market through dumping and causes any substantial damage to the domestic industry that has been established or the threat of material injury, or creates material obstacles to the establishment of a domestic industry, anti-dumping measures shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. The investigation and determination of dumping shall be handled by MOFTEC. The damage investigation and determination, the State Economic and Trade Commission is responsible for the anti-dumping of agricultural products related to the loss of domestic industries
