近日,湖北省十二届人大常委会第三十次会议表决通过新修订的《湖北省实施〈中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法〉办法》,将于12月1日起正式实施。此次修改和新增内容主要集中在老年优待、养老环境、养老服务等方面。实施办法规定,赡养人、扶养人或者其他亲属不得干涉老年人的婚姻自由,不得因老年人离婚、再婚而索取、隐匿老年人的财产及有关证件,或者限制老年人的居住权利。家庭成员侵害老年人人身、财产等合法权益,干涉老年人婚姻自由的,由行为人所在单位、村(居)
Recently, the thirtieth meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee of Hubei Province voted to pass the newly revised “Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly” in Hubei Province, which will be officially implemented on December 1. The amendments and new content mainly concentrated in the elderly benefits, pension environment, pension services and so on. The implementing measures stipulate that the supporters, dependents or other relatives shall not interfere in the freedom of marriage of the elderly and shall not claim or conceal the property of the elderly and relevant documents or limit the rights of the elderly to live because of the divorce and remarriage of the elderly. Where family members infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly such as their personal or property, and interfere with the freedom of marriage of the elderly, the unit where the actor is located, the village (residence)
