施工进度管理是项目管理的一个重要组成部分,指在项目建设过程中按经审批的工程进度计划,根据一定的方式和方法对工程项目建设的实际进度进行跟踪和检查,其主要目的是为了保障工期的如期进行。所采用的主要方法是实际进度和预先的疾患进行对比,通过这种对比发现实际工程的进行程度,同时对各种影响因素进行评估,通过这些方法来对工期进行调整。这样能够促使工程按照计划保质保量的完成,这是过程控制思想在工程项目管理领域的运用。现阶段随着房地产市场的竞争日益激烈,进度管理成为房地产项目管理的一个十分重要的方面。但是现阶段我国在工程项目的施工进度管理中还存在很大的问题,有待进一步完善。
