采用高效液相色谱法测定脑血舒通丸中天麻素的含量。以ＫＹＷＧ－Ｃ＿（１８）为固定相，水为流动相，ＵＶ检测波长为２２０ｎｍ，天麻素进样量在０．９～４．５μｇ与峰面积呈直线相关，回归方程Ｙ＝０．０１０６８８＋０．００００１２Ｘ，ｒ＝０．９９９６。平均回收率为１０１．５０％，ＲＳＤ为０．５５％（ｎ＝６），方法简便，效果良好。
The content of gastrodin in Naoxueshutong pill was determined by HPLC. With KYWG-C_(18) as the stationary phase and water as the mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was 220 nm. Gastrodine injection volume was linearly related to the peak area at 0.9 to 4.5 μg. The regression equation was Y=0.010688+0. 000012X, r=0.9996. The average recovery was 101.50% and the RSD was 0.55% (n=6). The method was simple and effective.
