经济分化是新事物不断成长、旧事物逐渐衰落的自然过程,是市场经济规律作用下资源向价值洼地流动、向高收益领域集中的主动选择,也是经济结构调整、新旧动能转换的必经阶段。与此同时,当前这种分化也是后发赶超、弯道超车、反梯度增长的良好机遇。要从创新改革入手,加快新旧动能转换,始终保持敢想敢闯敢干不服输的进取精神,率先走出完整一级地方政府创新驱动发展和管理体制改革的新路。
