目的:研究口服减肥降脂药物金多靶对大鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠18只,分成金多靶高、低剂量组(200mg/100g体重、125mg/100g体重)和对照组(蒸馏水)。麻醉后用美蓝作指示剂,打开腹腔直接观察胃排空时间,并直接记录盲肠运动频率与波幅,测定肠内容物移动距离及排便次数。用ELISA法测定血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)浓度。结果:两组大鼠服药后胃排空时间明显延长,肠内容物移动加速,大便次数明显增加,盲肠运动频率、波幅明显增强,肠运动频率与血清TNFα浓度间呈显著负相关(r=-091,P<005)。结论:金多靶能明显延长胃排空时间。金多靶增强肠运动不仅与大便次数增加有关,而且与血清TNFα水平下降显著相关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of oral administration of multiple targets of weight-loss and lipid-lowering drugs on gastrointestinal motility in rats. METHODS: Eighteen Wistar rats were divided into high- and low-dose groups (200 mg/100 g body weight, 125 mg/100 g body weight) of gold multi-target and control group (distilled water). After anesthesia, using methylene blue as an indicator, open the abdominal cavity to directly observe the gastric emptying time, and directly record the frequency and amplitude of cecal movement, and determine the movement distance and defecation frequency of intestinal contents. The serum tumor necrosis factor (TNFα) concentration was measured by ELISA. RESULTS: The gastric emptying time was significantly prolonged, the movement of intestinal contents was accelerated, the number of bowel movements was significantly increased, the frequency and amplitude of cecal movement were significantly increased, and there was a significant negative correlation between the frequency of intestinal movement and the concentration of serum TNFα (r=-). 091, P<005). Conclusion: Gold multi-target can significantly prolong gastric emptying time. Gold multitargeting enhanced bowel movements was not only associated with increased stool frequency, but also was significantly associated with decreased serum TNFα levels.
