检查30例关节炎患者的关节液,结果示类风湿性关节炎患者关节液中白细胞数为330～72600/mm~3,粒细胞为9～97％,结合关节液的其它物理性质,对类风湿关节炎的诊断有一定参考价值。并观察到类风湿关节炎患者血清中IgG、IgA、IgM和关节液中IgG高于其它类型关节炎。
Examination of synovial fluid in 30 patients with arthritis showed that the number of leukocytes in the synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was 330 to 72600 / mm 3 and that of granulocytes was 9 to 97%. In combination with other physical properties of the synovial fluid, Rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis has some reference value. It was observed that serum IgG, IgA, IgM, and IgG in the synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were higher than those of other types of arthritis.
