国家标准GB3543—83《农作物种子检验规程》第4·3节表11的蔬菜作物种子发芽试验技术规定及其附注②所作的说明,明确规定了芹菜、大头菜、雪里蕻、胡萝卜、茴香、莴苣、茄子7种蔬菜种子必须在光照条件下进行发芽试验;而对其余的25种蔬菜种子则表示在黑暗或光照下均可进行发芽试验。为了进一步加以论证和探讨,我们在1987~1988年将这7种蔬菜种子进行了两次光照与黑暗的对比发芽试验。第一次试验于1987年10月24日到11月7日以莴苣、芹菜种子在种子检验室的自然光温(白天20℃左右,晚间15℃左右)条件下进行,其余品种则在发芽试验箱内28℃左右及人工光照,即以箱内两管日光灯(8W)为光源下进行,同时进行黑暗处
