决策和用人,是领导者的两大基本职能.重视人才、合理使用人才,是领导者成功实施领导行为、全面实现组织目标的基本保证.领导者用人有八忌:一忌求全责备.俗话说:金无足赤,人无完人.即使是世界上最优秀的人才,也难免有这样那样的缺点和不足,如果求全责备,抓住人之短处不放而无视人之长处,必然导致人才的闲置、浪费和流失.“用人当取其长而合其短,若求备于一人,则世无可用之才也”,古人尚知如此,作为新时期的领导者,更应洞悉其理,抛开求全心,巧用济世才.
