建筑结构概率极限状态设计法是以可靠指标β作为衡量结构可靠度的标准。为了确定结构的可靠指标值,就要估计结构抗力和各种作用于结构上的荷载的统计参数;同时,在研究荷载效应组合、确定荷载组合系数、以及确定结构按承载能力和正常使用极限状态设计时荷载的各种代表值(标准值、常遇值、准永久值等)时,都要求掌握各种荷载的概率分布律。本文根据有雪地区的历年气象资料,对我国的雪荷载进行了统计分析,提出了统一的雪荷载统计参数、概率分布函数和有关的代表值系数。
The probabilistic limit state design method for building structures is based on the reliability index β as a measure of structural reliability. In order to determine the reliable index value of the structure, the statistical parameters of the structural resistance and various loads acting on the structure are estimated; at the same time, the load effect combination, the load combination coefficient, and the bearing capacity and the normal use limit state are determined. When designing various representative values of the load (standard value, constant value, quasi-permanent value, etc.), it is required to grasp the probability distribution law of various loads. In this paper, based on the meteorological data over the past years in snow areas, the snow loads in China are statistically analyzed, and the unified snow load statistical parameters, probability distribution functions and related representative coefficient are proposed.
