用螺螨酯对二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch进行35代抗性选育,抗性指数达到8.34,并在选育过程中,对二斑叶螨解毒酶的活性进行测定。结果表明,随着选育代数的增加,抗性增强,细胞色素P450活性亦显著提高,而羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶活性较敏感品系差异不显著。说明二斑叶螨对螺螨酯抗药性的增强与其体内细胞色素P450活性的增强有关。
The spider mite Tetranychus urticae Koch 35 generations of resistance selection, resistance index reached 8.34, and in the breeding process, two-spotted spider mite detoxification enzyme activity was determined. The results showed that with the increase of breeding algebra, the resistance increased and the cytochrome P450 activity increased significantly. However, the activity of carboxylesterase and glutathione transferase was not significantly different from that of the susceptible strain. These results indicated that the increase of spider mite resistance of two-spotted spider mite was related to the increase of cytochrome P450 activity in vivo.
