现阶段,企业内部管理的重点就是不断完善企业财务创新,使企业财务管理水平得以一定程度上提升,同时也可以使企业的发展经营能力得到一定程度上提升。本文从加强企业财务内控管理体系构建的必要性入手,引出对企业财务内控管理现状问题进行相关地分析,进而详细阐述构建企业财务内控管理体系的对策。
