Human serum contains natural anti-M, anti-N antibodies are rare. Natural anti-N antibody has been reported in one case. Now we found 2 cases of natural anti-M antibodies are reported as follows: Example 1: Lee × ×, male, 46 years old. Due to dysphagia for more than 4 months, barium meal fluoroscopy was diagnosed as “esophageal cancer” at a local hospital. Transferred to Shandong Provincial People’s Hospital for surgical treatment, intraoperative need for blood transfusion, hospital blood bank check the patient’s blood type O.
