随着城市的快速发展及经济壮大,城市在所处地区的地位和作用的提升,其防洪排涝安全越来越重要。城市防洪排涝工程是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,城市防洪排涝工程设计在保证防洪安全功能建设条件下,应向多功能建设发展。合理地选择城市的防洪、排涝标准和堤顶高程、堤顶宽度,正确处理好堤防工程与城市规划的建设关系。
