每穗粒数和粒重是构成禾谷类作物产量的重要因素之一.穗小、粒少、千粒重低,是南方小麦生产上普遍存在的问题.为探讨这个问题的症结及其控制途径,我们近两年应用光呼吸抑制剂亚硫酸氢钠(N_2HSO_3) 喷施大田小麦植株,试验表明在一定浓度、次数范围内,均有提高结实率、增加千粒重的效果.现将试验结果简述如下: 一、材料与方法试验材料,小麦品种为鄂麦6号.在当涂县农科所小麦丰产田进行.于小麦抽穗后,每隔7天用100ppm、200ppm和300ppm的光呼吸抑制剂亚硫酸氢钠各喷1、2、3次(24小时内遇雨则补喷),药液用量每亩100斤,对照喷清水.用揹式喷雾器进行全株喷施,确保全叶披雾.每一处理面积为0.01亩.
