为了深入了解上卸扣工况对套管接头力学性能的影响 ,给研究套管接头产生粘扣的力学因素提供实验依据 ,采用在套管接头内外表面贴应变片的方法 ,利用全尺寸上卸扣试验机 ,对套管接头进行了重复上卸扣实验 ,测量了接头内外表面应变和上卸扣扭矩。通过实验结果分析 ,确定了影响接头粘扣的主要力学条件和部位 ,所确定部位与实际操作过程发生粘扣部位相吻合。采用增大接箍螺纹端部锥度 ,降低端部接触压力的方法 ,提高了套管的抗粘扣性能 ,并在生产中得到了验证。
In order to understand deeply the influence of the unloading buckle working condition on the mechanical properties of the bushing joint, the experimental basis is provided to study the mechanical factors of the bushing buckle. The method of using the strain gauge on the inner and outer surfaces of the bushing joint, Buckle test machine, the casing joint repeated shackle test, measuring the inner and outer surface strain and the shackle torque. Through the analysis of the experimental results, the main mechanical conditions and positions that affect the fastener tripping are determined, and the determined positions are consistent with those of the fastening operation in the actual operation. The method of increasing the taper of the threaded end of the coupling and reducing the contact pressure at the end improves the anti-sticking performance of the sleeve and has been verified in production.
