鲍店矿主、副井筒施工中先后各安装了一台西德304型630千瓦3米绞车采用压风制动的角移式制动器,并带可控硅动力制动,启动电阻为金属风冷。电阻器为集箱装配式,厂家把三相电阻器固定在箱体上,电阻在箱内采取重叠式组装,三相电阻共分九段,组合在10个箱体内。该电阻器每一个组合箱体内有三个电阻器重叠组装,电阻器与电阻器在箱内之间,间隙很小,风道从电阻箱下部进入,上部流出,因此最上层的电阻器温度最高。厂家采用强制通风冷却,要求安装二台墙壁风扇,风量不少于175米~3/分。根据厂家设计
