四川乐宜高速路首发BOT招标 3月21日,四川省政府召开新闻发布 会,宣布将乐山至宜宾高速公路以BOT (建设-经营-移交)方式在全国范围内 招标。这是该省交通重点基础设施项目 第一次以BOT方式融资建设,标志着这 一领域对民间资金全面开放。
On March 21, Sichuan Provincial Government held a press conference announcing that the bidding for Leshan to Yibin Expressway will be carried out nationwide through BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) mode. This is the first time that the provincial transportation key infrastructure project is financing with BOT, which indicates the full liberalization of private capital in this area.
