随着对自动化及柔性功能方面要求的提高,在齿轮测量领域内,其轴系由电子系统控制,各座标运动由计算机控制的齿轮量仪也日益增多。这种测量方案可对包活内、外圆柱齿轮、剃齿刀、插齿刀、锥齿轮、滚刀、蜗杆、蜗轮、梳刀及齿条等进行测量。本文介绍的仪器(有两种结构参数)是符合上述结构原理的。这种仪器既适于作单件测量,也适于(与传送机构相配合)对成批同类或不同类型的工件进行检查。在检测实例中提供了检查时间、测量精度及工作效率等情况。数据的输入和测量结果的处理也都是由电子设施来完成的。仪器具有新开发的分析软件,用以对测量结果进行分析和记录、能够确定精度等级、测定绝对值形式或精度级别形式的公差要求或其它任意形式限定的公差效围、能进行多种方式的(数据)分析以及用作统计分析和数据贮存等等,所有这一切,使仪器能满足现代质量控制的要求。
