25例肺结核复发病例,男20例,女5例,年龄24~56岁。同时检测95例进展期、39例好转期、20例稳定期肺结核,68例非结核性肺部疾患和100例健康献血员,以为对照组。所用人型PPD最适包被浓度10μg/ml,辣根过氧化物酶标记羊抗人IgG浓度1:4000,血清稀释浓度1:100,参照ELISA间接法试验。结果:25例复发病例血清抗PPD-IgG 19例阳性,符合率76%,与肺结核好转期、稳定期、非结核组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),而与肺结核进展期比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。
25 cases of recurrent tuberculosis cases, 20 males and 5 females, aged 24 to 56 years. At the same time, 95 cases of advanced stage, 39 cases of transitional stage, 20 cases of stable pulmonary tuberculosis, 68 cases of non-tuberculous pulmonary disease and 100 cases of healthy blood donors were detected at the same time as the control group. The optimal concentration of human PPD was 10μg / ml, horseradish peroxidase labeled goat anti-human IgG concentration 1: 4000, serum dilution 1: 100, and the ELISA indirect method was used. Results: Serum anti-PPD-IgG was positive in 19 out of 25 cases (76%), which was significantly different from that of tuberculosis in stable stage and non-tuberculosis group (P <0.01), but no significant difference with tuberculosis stage (P> 0.05).
