由于安装在机车车辆走行装置上的轴承损伤会导致事故发生,所以要求每个轴承都要有很高的可靠性。轴承损伤有多种形式,对于铁路机车车辆来说,其中的电蚀是很有特点的损伤形式。文中介绍了通过振动、声音及金属中的弹性波来检测轴承缺陷的诊断技术。为了防患于未然,还需要对运用中轴承的疲劳程度作出判断。文中所述的把弹性表面波的声速作为表示轴承疲劳程度的新参数,正在引起人们的关注。
Since the damage to the bearings mounted on the running gear of the rolling stock can cause accidents, each bearing is required to have high reliability. There are many forms of bearing damage, for railway rolling stock, where the electric erosion is a very characteristic form of damage. This article describes the diagnosis of bearing defects detected by vibration, sound and elastic waves in the metal. In order to take preventive measures, but also the need to use the bearing in the degree of fatigue to make judgments. As described in the paper, the speed of sound of SAW is a new parameter that indicates the degree of bearing fatigue, which is arousing people’s attention.
