60年前,一支强大的部队,包括6,000多艘舰船、1万多架飞机和15．6万人,在黎明前夕静悄悄地出现在法国北部海岸。清晨,战斗打响,顿时火光四起,波浪冲天,盟军与德军展开了激烈的较量。这就是代号为“霸王行动”的诺曼底登陆战役。欧洲第二战场的开辟使德军陷入了两面夹击的境地,为盟军最终取得反法西斯战争胜利奠定了基础。
Sixty years ago, a powerful force, including more than 6,000 ships, more than 10,000 aircraft and 156,000 people, quietly appeared on the northern coast of France on the eve of dawn. In the early morning, fighting broke out and suddenly the fire broke out. The waves surged into the sky and the allied forces and the Germans launched a fierce contest. This is the Battle of Normandy codenamed “Operation Overlord.” The opening up of the second battlefield in Europe has caused the Germans to fall into two positions, laying the foundation for the victory of the coalition forces in the final victory of the anti-fascist war.
