本文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、座谈会法、数据统计法等对内蒙古工业大学体育专业心理学教学情况进行调查研究,并通过对调查结果的分析和研究,提出了体育心理学在教学中相应的改革措施:紧密结合体育心理学和现实体育的特色,选择更加适当的教学内容;完善体育心理学在教学中的工作,不断改革创新;多种体育心理学考试形式相互交融,及时有效地在体育教学和工作中应用发展。
This article investigates the teaching of psychology of PE major in Inner Mongolia Polytechnic University by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, symposium and data statistics.
