上市公司作为公众公司,有更多的义务向社会公众公开披露公司的各种重要信息。社会公众和主管部门需要对企业履行社会责任的状况进行监督,企业社会责任信息披露机制,就是通过社会公开机制对公司履行社会责任进行监督的重要途径。
