转眼一年的同步小康帮扶工作即将结束,回想同贵阳市云岩区黔灵镇三桥村干群一起相处的日日夜夜,乡亲们的音容笑貌、举手投足历历在目。参加全省同步小康驻村帮扶工作,是我主动向单位提出来的,根据组织安排,我担任黔灵镇党委副书记、同步小康驻村工作组组长、三桥村党支部副书记。自驻村以来,我积极带领队员进百家门、办百家事、解百家忧,得到当地干群的普遍认可。三桥村地处城郊结合部,问题和矛盾多、杂、急,为便于开展工作,从驻村的第一天起,我就带着民情日
