农民作为社会主义农村建设的主力军和得益者,其思想政治素质如何,直接影响到社会主义新农村建设的进程和质量。农村思想政治工作是提高农民思想政治素质的重要途径。因此,在新农村建设中必须发挥农村思想政治教育工作的重要作用。通过对新农村建设中的农村思想政治教育工作的意义、现状、现状原因进行深入分析,在此基础上提出提高农村思想政治教育工作效能的对策。
As the main force and beneficiary of socialist rural construction, peasants have a direct impact on the process and quality of socialist new countryside construction because of their ideological and political qualities. Rural ideological and political work is an important way to improve the ideological and political quality of peasants. Therefore, we must give full play to the important role of rural ideological and political education in the new countryside construction. Through in-depth analysis of the significance, status quo and present situation of rural ideological and political education in the new rural construction, and on the basis of this analysis, the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education in rural areas are put forward.
