全心全意依靠工人阶级是我们党一贯坚持的指导方针，是党的政治路线和阶级路线的集中体现。整体说来，国有企业的各级党政工组织在落实全心全意依靠工人阶级方针工作中认识是高的，制度落实是好的，并且积累了不少的经验。但是必须承认，在实际工作中发展是不平衡的，还存在一?
To rely wholeheartedly on the working class is the guiding principle our party consistently upholds and is the concentrated embodiment of the party’s political line and class line. Overall, the party and government organizations at all levels in state-owned enterprises have a high understanding in implementing the guideline of wholeheartedly relying on the working class. The implementation of the system is good and a great deal of experience has been accumulated. However, we must admit that there is an imbalance in the development of practical work.
