有关家族、双生和血型关系的研究结果表明遗传因素对十二指肠溃疡(DU)的发生起一定作用。Rotter 等己经证实血清Ⅰ型胃蛋白酶原和DU 有密切关联。最近,Ell-is 和Woodrow(1979)也证实了HLA-B12和DU 关联。这些研究提示遗传因素可能在DU 的病原学中起某种作用。本文研究DU和某些皮纹学特征的可能关联。
Studies on the relationship between family, twins and blood types indicate that genetic factors play a role in the pathogenesis of duodenal ulcer (DU). Rotter et al have confirmed that serum type I pepsinogen and DU are closely related. Recently, Ell-is and Woodrow (1979) also confirmed the association of HLA-B12 and DU. These studies suggest that genetic factors may play a role in the etiology of DU. This article studies the possible associations between DU and certain dermatoglyphics.
