在无专用设备情况下,加工大直径长轴中心孔,一般是用中心架或活动支架来完成。但当轴料弯曲、不圆时,加工质量和效率都较低。为此,我们设计了钻中心孔专用工具。钻中心孔时,先将工件一端放在外壳2的锥孔中,另一端对准车床主轴上的外拨顶尖中心,将工件顶紧,开动车床。慢推操作手柄14,使小齿轮9带动轴齿条13向工件方向移动,钻中心孔(中心孔深度由分度盘轴7来确定),钻毕齿条退出,停机可卸下工件。
In the absence of special equipment, the processing of large-diameter long-axis center hole, the center frame or movable support is generally used to complete. However, when the shaft material bending, not round, the processing quality and efficiency are lower. To this end, we have designed a special tool for drilling center holes. When drilling the center hole, first place the workpiece on the tapered hole of the housing 2 and align the other end with the center of the outset center on the lathe spindle to press the workpiece tightly and start the lathe. Slowly push the operating handle 14 so that the pinion gear 9 drives the rack 13 to move towards the workpiece. The center hole of the drill hole (the depth of the center hole is determined by the indexing shaft 7), the rack is withdrawn and the workpiece can be removed after stopping.
