曾经参加过一例关于铅中毒病例的诊断鉴定:患者在蓄电池作业岗位上接触铅作业多年,在某职业病诊断机构诊断为“职业性轻度铅中毒”。患者的血铅和尿铅指标都正常,唯一的临床所见是有周围神经病表现的神经肌电图的改变。
Once participated in a case of lead poisoning diagnosis of cases: patients in the battery work positions lead exposure for many years in a diagnostic laboratory for occupational diseases diagnosed as “occupational mild lead poisoning.” The patient’s blood lead and urinary lead were normal, and the only clinically seen change was neuromuscular electrogram with peripheral neuropathy.
