本文讨论了作为载流子发生材料的酞菁钕(NdPc)与作为传输材料的聚乙烯咔唑(PVK)相匹配,制成功能分离型的双层感光元件(P/R)的光电导性,分析了影响其光电导性的各种因素。结果表明NdPc不仅具有优越的电荷接受能力和极小的暗衰,还具有良好的光电导性,而且经溶剂浸泡或球磨处理后可提高其光电导性。同时讨论了NdPc分别与CuPc和Fe(Ⅱ)Pc进行二元共混复合后的光电导性,结果表明NdPc-CuPc和NdPc-Fe(Ⅱ)Pc都显示出光电导性提高的正效应。
In this paper, the photoconductivity of a dual-layer photosensitive element (P / R) having a functional separation type matched to neodymium phthalocyanine (NdPc) as a carrier generating material and polyvinylcarbazole (PVK) as a transporting material , Analyzed the various factors that affect its photoconductivity. The results show that NdPc not only has excellent charge-accepting ability and minimal dark decay, but also has good photoconductivity, and can be enhanced photoconductivity by solvent immersion or ball milling. The photoconductivity of NdPc with CuPc and Fe (Ⅱ) Pc was also discussed. The results show that both NdPc-CuPc and NdPc-Fe (Ⅱ) Pc show the positive effect of photoconductivity enhancement.
