本文研究了在(NbTi)C颗粒表面均匀包覆金属Ni微粒的两种工艺,一是用化学镀法,二是用有机镍分解法。通过采用XRD、DTA/TG、SEM、EPMA等分析手段对包覆粉末进行了分析。实验结果表明,两种工艺制备的包覆粉未,分散性好,分布均匀,沉积在(NbTi)C颗粒表面的金属Ni微粒呈球状,粒径为0.1μm左右。比较了两种工艺的优缺点,其中有机镍分解法是一种很有前途的方法,该方法在国内外文献中还没有见过报道,具有工艺简便,设备投资少,能进行定量包覆,无环境污染等优点。
In this paper, the two processes of uniformly coating the metal Ni particles on the surface of (NbTi) C particles are studied. The first is electroless plating and the second is the organic nickel decomposition method. The coated powders were analyzed by XRD, DTA / TG, SEM, EPMA and other analytical methods. The experimental results show that the coating powder prepared by the two processes has good dispersibility and uniform distribution, and the metal Ni particles deposited on the surface of (NbTi) C particles are spherical and the particle size is about 0.1 μm. The advantages and disadvantages of the two processes are compared. The organic nickel decomposition method is a promising method. The method has not been reported in the domestic and foreign literatures and has the advantages of simple process, less equipment investment, quantitative coating, No environmental pollution and other advantages.
