AD651是美国模拟器件公司新研制的具有八十年代水平的一种多功能同步V/F转换器。我国已有进口并在国产的数字功率/电能表和微机控温装置中得到应用,提高了整机的性能和可靠性。 AD651是采用电荷平衡技术实现V/F转换的,其转换的输出频率由外界时钟频率确定,最大满度频率达到2MHz。在输出频率100KHz时,非线性误差为0.002%,最大0.005%。这种宽频率范围的单调性与外接的单稳电容的稳定性无关,从而保证高分辨力、高稳定性和最优的转换时间。
The AD651 is a multi-function synchronous V / F converter developed by Analog Devices in the United States of America in the 1980s. China has been imported and applied in the domestic digital power / watt-hour meter and microcomputer temperature control device to improve the performance and reliability of the whole machine. AD651 is the use of charge-balance technology to achieve V / F conversion, the conversion of the output frequency determined by the external clock frequency, the maximum full-scale frequency up to 2MHz. At 100KHz output frequency, the non-linearity error is 0.002% and the maximum is 0.005%. The monotonicity of this wide frequency range has nothing to do with the stability of the external monostable capacitor, ensuring high resolution, high stability and optimum switching times.
